Anyone can download their app and sign up to serve papers for them. Work with us directly so your important court documents are in the hands of people who are proven professionals in the business, and not gig workers.
It is critical that you hire a professional with the time and skills to dedicate to your case. Sheriff's deputies typically have a lot on their plate so serving papers falls to the bottom of their to-do list. They don't attempt at varying times and will often go at the same time for several days in a row. They won't go the extra mile to locate evasive or hard-to-find individuals.
At Zodiac Legal Process, serving court papers is our main job, and we handle all our own serves. We never refer work we accept to anyone outside the company.
We will provide you with emailed status updates - All attempts are logged in extensive detail, photographed and time-stamped for your peace of mind. You will always be in the loop because we will inform you of where things are at every step of the way. And in 4 years we have yet to have a single affidavit questioned by the court.
