- Routine: Up to 3 service attempts over 14 days. First attempt made within 72 hours of receipt of documents.
- Rush: Up to 3 service attempts over 10 days. First attempt made within 24 hours of receipt of documents.
- Priority: Up to 3 service attempts over 10 days. First attempt made upon receipt of documents if received by 2pm.
- Some states prohibit service on Sunday.
- No print fee for first 50 pages. 25 cents per page after.
- Remote/difficult to access property is an extra $30 fee (we will research before we quote and advise you).
- Skip trace available for $40 per person.

Do you want to trust a gig worker with your important documents? The large national process servers do little or no vetting of the sub-contractors they send the work to. Anyone can download their app and sign up to serve papers for them. With us, your papers are in the hands of people who are proven professionals in the business... and not someone just trying to earn a few extra bucks here and there.
It is critical that you hire someone with the time and skills to dedicate to your case. Sheriff's deputies typically have a lot on their plate, so serving papers falls to the bottom of their to-do list. They don't attempt at varying times and will often go at the same time for several days in a row. They won't try to locate evasive or hard-to-find individuals.
At Zodiac Legal Process, serving court papers is our main job, and we handle all our own serves in-house. We do not send work out to third parties. In 4 years of business we have never had a single affidavit questioned by the court.
We will provide you with emailed status updates - All attempts are logged in extensive detail, photographed and time-stamped for your peace of mind. You will always be in the loop because we will inform you of where things are at every step of the way.
