Founded in 2021, Zodiac Legal Process serves court papers over a wide area of Southwest Virginia and Southern West Virginia.

Virginia counties we serve process in include Tazewell, Bland, Wythe, Smyth, Pulaski and Giles.

West Virginia counties we serve process in include Mercer, Summers, Raleigh, McDowell and Monroe.

Zodiac Legal Process belongs to the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), which means we adhere to a higher standard of integrity and professional conduct when doing business.

Did you know that while the "big box" process service agencies claim to have their own "in network" servers, they actually refer most of their work to local process servers? You'll end up paying more because they will nearly always have to pay the local server more than what they pay their own servers... and they pass that cost on to you.
